Adobe Construction - Low tech and Low Energy Construction

When we interviewed the owner who had been incorporated adobe construction on his own site, he had met with several difficulties during his construction process. His proposed site is located far away from the place where the raw materials availability is maximum. This is the only drawback to waste some extra money for his building. 

The second most difficulty is insufficient labor and mechanical tools. However, he overcome all his difficulties and completed his construction process. After some years he had met one big problem as the structure becomes wet because of humid temperature and the bulking of sand happens due to improper mixture.When this type of construction is repeated again the survey of raw materials availability should be done and the proper estimation for the building with the help of an engineer is must. The utility and the mixture of the raw material should be made with proper guideline and codes.
