Inspection	Testing
Done to examine or observe a product to check its satisfaction.	Done by applying some measurable influence to the material and measuring the effect.
The inspection is done by scaling the dimension, weighing, tapping with a hammer, scratching with nail.	The testing is done in a material under forces until it deforms or fails its dimensions.
These are done temporary checking.	This is a permanent checking.
Probability of errors is high in this method.	Probability of errors is less in this method.
Once done is re checking is necessary.	Once done re checking s not necessary
Easy to perform.	Not easy to perform.
Time saving method.	Time consuming method.
