Significance of the Notice of award.

Construction project generally starts with award related to the construction contract. It is accomplished by the issuance of a notice of award form which is printed before. Giving of notice of award form is like legal effect to the issuance of intent letter.

It makes the owner to sign the contract with contractor. The contractor should do the given work in given time period.

It is not all relating to authorizing the construction starting, as there is no work started till then contractor agreement is signed by parties relating to the project.
