Humidification
Humidification is a process of increasing humidity in the interior
of building. Humidification is done in order to increase the quality of air in
the buildings by inducing water vapor into the air. Air is mixed with water
vapor in various proportions based on the type of climate. We know that
relative humidity below 40% causes skin dryness, allergic and asthmatic
reactions in human.
Humidification is needed in the building because of the following
reasons,
- If the humidity level is very low it is responsible for generating electricity which cause damage to equipment related to electronics in the building.
- If humidity level is less than 20% these problems are responsible for causing mare damage.
- In order to avoid all these problems humidity levels in the building should be generally between 30% to 60%.
