What will be the best technique to Renovate this damage?

Status Of This Building:

• This Building is a G+2.
• Mud was used as a binding material for Ground Floor. Other two floors are built by using cement mortar as a binding material.
• Plastering was done with Cement Mortar.
• Painted before 2 years.
