• Connections of wall panels to the floor structure are done.
• Panels are mechanically fastened edge to edge.
• Wall panels are nailed or screwed to one another at the corners and all wall panels are tied together at the top with a continuous plate.
• Framing of upper floors are done with open web joists or wooden I-joists.
• Roof panels are installed similarly to wall panels.
• Open-web floor joists allow for easy routing of utilities through the floor structure.
• Small roof panels are hoisted onto the second floor and attached to the floor structure.
• Hence completes the shell of a house using SIP construction.
